CrewClock Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

CrewClock ("the app") is published by Talnir Apps (support@talnirapps.win). CrewClock is a workforce app used by a business to run its own team: an owner or manager creates a company, and employees join it with an invite code.

Please read this if you are an employee. The data you enter in CrewClock — including the location stamped on your clock-in and clock-out — is visible to the managers and owner of the company you joined. CrewClock is a tool your employer uses to record work time.

What we store

Location

If you grant location permission, CrewClock records your coordinates at the single moment you tap clock in or clock out, so your employer can confirm the shift began on site. That is the only time location is read.

Who can see your data

Where it is stored, and who processes it

Data is stored in a database on a server operated by Talnir Apps in Canada, reached over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We use a small number of providers to deliver specific features:

Keeping and deleting data

Work records are kept for as long as your company uses CrewClock, because employers are generally required to retain time and pay records. A manager can deactivate a member at any time.

To have an account or a company and all of its data deleted, email support@talnirapps.win from the address on the account. We will action it within 30 days. If you are an employee, note that your work-time records belong to your employer's account; we will pass a deletion request for those to the company owner.

Children

CrewClock is a business tool and is not directed at children. Accounts are created by employers for people of legal working age.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
