CrewClock

Time clock, schedule and team chat for small crews.

Getting started

  1. If you run the business: open CrewClock, tap Create your company, and you will get a six-character invite code.
  2. If you work there: tap Join with an invite code and enter the code your manager gives you.

Everyone on the team uses the same app; managers additionally see timesheets, the team list and company settings.

Common questions

Does it track my location all day?
No. CrewClock reads your location only at the instant you tap clock in or clock out, so your employer can confirm the shift started on site. There is no background tracking. The permission is optional — deny it and the app still works.

I forgot to clock in. Can it be fixed?
Yes. A manager can edit any punch — start time, end time and break — from the timesheet. Edited punches are marked as edited.

How does overtime work?
An owner sets the rules in Company settings: overtime after N hours in a day, after N hours in a week, or both. Hours are counted in your company's time zone. Leave a rule blank to switch it off.

How do I get hours into payroll?
Open Timesheets, pick the pay period, then Download CSV or Email payroll CSV to me. The file has one row per person with regular hours, overtime hours, total hours and — if you set hourly rates — estimated pay. Import it into your payroll software.

Does it cost anything?
No. There are no per-seat fees, no features locked behind a higher tier, and no ads.
