These terms apply to your use of AI Wisdom Share ("the app"), published by Talnir Apps. By using the app you accept them. See also our Privacy Policy.
The app generates replies with AI language models. Replies can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Do not rely on them for significant decisions without checking with a qualified professional.
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to create harmful content. You are responsible for what you send and for how you use or share the replies. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Optional auto-renewing monthly subscriptions unlock extra features. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Where the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, it applies alongside these terms.
We may change or discontinue the app or any part of it, and may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Talnir Apps is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
