Alberta Server Exam Prep ("the app") is a study tool for Alberta's mandatory liquor staff training certification, published by Talnir Apps (talnirapps@gmail.com). The app is an independent study aid: it does not issue, renew or count toward any certificate, it is not the certification exam, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Alberta, the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis commission, or any certification body.
The app has no user accounts and no backend operated by us. Your study progress, mock exam scores, streaks and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. We do not collect, receive or sell any of it.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. Where consent regulations apply (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent form is shown on first launch and your choices are respected. On iOS, personalised ads additionally require your permission via App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, ads remain non-personalised and the app works exactly the same.
To serve and measure ads, Google may process device information such as advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses ad data. You can revisit your ad privacy options at any time from the app's Settings.
The optional daily study reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device; no notification data leaves it.
The app is intended for adults preparing for Alberta's liquor staff training certification (the minimum age to serve alcohol in Alberta is 18) and is not directed at children. Ad content is restricted accordingly.
